Excellent street tacos at Tacos Wey! I ordered the Quesabirria tacos and my boyfriend ordered the Tacos Al Pastor. We shared the dishes plus a side of refried beans. Light cilantro came through on the Quesabirria and refreshing pineapple was tasty in the Tacos Al Pastor. Birria meat was nice and hot plus well spiced. Try the hot salsa too! Ambiance is colorful and I liked the Mexican recorded music. Service was prompt and we were eating in less than 10 minutes after ordering our dinner. I suggest you try Tacos Wey in Affton Missouri near 9 Mile Food Truck Village.

WoW actual FLAVOR!! We heard about this place from a friend who raved about it! We had 2 beef & 2 chicken tacos, queso dip and OMG it was amazing! You MUST try the green sauce (verde?). I has actual flavor and is delicious. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

The service was wonderful! It was busy when we stopped in but the line moved quickly. It was our first time but the person who took out ordered explained the menu and their specials. We ordered the shrimp taco plate, fried fish taco plate, queso birria tacos and tacos dorados with beef. We swapped the flour for corn tortillas for the shrimp and fish tacos For drinks, I got the hibiscus and my partner got a coke. We took our food to go but honestly it's a very cute place with plenty of tables. My favorites were the fried fish tacos and the quesobirria tacos. Everything else was good but I definately saw other specials that I wish we had tried. I'll be back for the chile relleno burrito. Overall a solid option close to home.

The food here is absolutely amazing! Some of the best Mexican I've ever had. The restaurant is fast and simple. You walk in order and sit down, the food comes out pretty quickly. I got the quesadilla, and it was so delicious! Their queso they had with their chips was perfect! The restaurant is small but absolutely adorable. Perfect for a quick bite!

My first time having a campechano taco and I highly recommend! Love the crunch of the radish in addition to the usual veggies. Have eaten here multiple times and every time it's amazing. I love that they have rotating Aguas frescas. Love the online ordering system and everything is already ready.

I have frequented this restaurant ever since they opened. The whole family loves this place, but I like to sneak off and do lunch here by myself. The Birria tacos hit the spot every time! My kids love the Dorito nachos. They have fresh juice/Frescas and bottled beverages. It's a very small establishment, like 7 tables. You order at the counter and they call out your number. Every employee has been very friendly and helpful.

I've been meaning to try this place for so long, because I heard good things about the birria. And they were right! It was amazing! I stopped in right before they closed and I was lucky they still had it because the menu says "limited availability" or something along the lines of "while supplies last". The consommé is so savory and the tacos are still slightly crispy. I have been to some other places where they just get so soggy and fall apart (but still taste good)... it's a mess to eat. These held their shape and stayed put together. Definitely recommend! I will be going back for more (while they still are fairly messy as birria is in general). The place is pretty small though. There are some tables inside. But definitely not for big groups.

The food is definitely 5 stars! Birria was amazing, flavorful consommé and the hot sauce was banging too! I'm not sure if the sauce was house made or not but it tastes great with the birria. I ordered a watermelon/blackberry aguas frescas and it was definitely the best part of my food experience!! Sooooo refreshing and I could clearly taste the fruit flavor. I'd drive there just for the drink. Now, my critique is about customer service. On the menu board they advertise TWO sizes and prices for consommé. When I said I wanted to order a small, I was told there's only one size...Change the menu. I told the guy at the register I was eating at the restaurant and my order somehow came out in togo containers. I also ordered consommé and when I got my receipt it wasn't even on there so I had to go back to the register and order it again. He must've been rushing to go on break.
